I can use my phone to pay bills, pay at stores, do my banking, and on and on. Maybe you need to update your rules and get up to the times with technology. Especially in this time of Covid when I am trying to be safe. Just bc something is a supposed rule in writing, doesn't make it fair or just. Not a single person could understand the actual ignorant stupidity in your rule. We told everyone in line what the casino did and everyone could not believe how I was treated. Can you imagine my anger and disappointment not to mention how we were treated at the promotions booth. Then I had to go stand in the line all over again, and wait almost an hour to order food from the Deli. And btw, we were standing in a long line to get food, got out of line to go do my free spin. I will never go back, nor will the people I was with and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can about your crooked casino. And again, why? How did I get my player's card? With my license. I had no idea I needed the actual license. What good is a player's card, multiple forms of ID, contest entries, and obviously picture of my license in my phone, etc.
Absolute disgust and joke of a casino and customer service. And bc I only had my license kept in my phone, I was not allowed to spin. Not like it was thousands of dollars or a new car.
